Distributor cenu při prvním jednání vždy tlačí dolů. Pokud marže tenhle tlak neunese, na výběru trhu už nezáleží — proto řešíme cenotvorbu jako první krok.
Je cena balíčku pevná?
Cena balíčku je fixní a konečná — 69 000 Kč za Export Audit, 149 000 Kč za Growth. Žádné dodatečné položky. Pokud rozpočet nesedí, upravuje se rozsah, ne cena.
Jak dlouho trvá Export Audit / Growth?
Export Audit 2 týdny, Growth 4 týdny — od dodání podkladů klientem.
Co když si po Starteru chci projekt dodělat sám?
Report je navržený k samostatnému použití. Rozdíl mezi ním a Growth balíčkem je hlavně ve výběru trhu a přípravě na jednání s distributorem.
Pracujete i s firmami, které už exportují, ale bez výsledku?
Ano, je to častější zadání než start od nuly. Příčinou obvykle bývá špatně nastavená marže nebo špatně vybraný trh, ne produkt samotný.
Berete každou firmu?
Ne. Pokud produkt nemá na exportním trhu reálnou šanci na diferenciaci, řekneme to a zakázku nepřijmeme.
Kdo projekt vede?
Jeden konzultant po celou dobu, bez předávání mezi lidmi. Marketing, IP a smluvní právo pokrývá partnerská síť specialistů.
Jak funguje Full Export balíček?
Měsíční retainer a provize z uzavřeného obchodu. Jde o průběžnou spolupráci, ne jednorázový výstup.
Why do we start with margin, not market?
Distributors always push the price down in the first negotiation. If the margin can't absorb that pressure, the choice of market doesn't matter — which is why we treat pricing as the first step.
Is the package price fixed?
Package pricing is fixed and final — CZK 69,000 for Export Audit, CZK 149,000 for Growth. No additional line items. If the budget doesn't fit, we adjust the scope, not the price.
How long does Export Audit / Growth take?
Export Audit takes 2 weeks, Growth takes 4 weeks — from the moment the client delivers the required materials.
What if I want to complete the project myself after the Starter?
The report is designed for independent use. The main difference between it and the Growth package is market selection and preparation for distributor negotiations.
Do you work with companies that are already exporting but without results?
Yes — it's a more common starting point than zero. The cause is usually a miscalculated margin or the wrong market, not the product itself.
Do you take on every client?
No. If a product has no realistic chance of differentiation in the export market, we say so and decline the engagement.
Who leads the project?
One consultant throughout — no handoffs between people. Marketing, IP, and contract law are covered by a partner network of specialists.
How does the Full Export package work?
Monthly retainer plus commission on closed deals. It's an ongoing engagement, not a one-time deliverable.
